Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage the daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Human Resources, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute the firm’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention.
• Lead recruitment efforts, participate in interviews, and communicate with new hires across all departments.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate tracking of employee PTO, time off, and other leave records, coordinating with both HR and direct supervisors.
• Handle employee discipline and terminations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee facility management responsibilities.
• Basic accounting duties collaboratively with Director of Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least three years of human resources management experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Passion for supporting others and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
